Senior Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant reports to the director and managers to ensure work processes are carried out smoothly. On-the-job training will be provided, but the position will require a lot of self-learning.

Some job duties will include:

- Communicating to clients in-person, over the phone, and digital platforms
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Clerical and administrative activities
- Minimal accounting and procurement
- Point of contact for internal and external clients

You must be sharp and tactical, have great attention to detail and be proactive. Other skills that are of importance:

- Excellent time management/planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word)
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of English language is preferred
- 4+ years experience in office environment
- No college degree required



Content Executive - NEW!

The content executive will work with the content manager and team to deliver great content strategy and copywriting. Individuals applying for this position must have experience and a strong knowledge in this field.

Some responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with design and marketing team
- Create and publish engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Manage content distribution to online platforms and print
- Analyze consumer behavior and predict trends
- Stay up-to-date and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Because the position focuses on content, you should have a passion towards creative writing. Other skills that are of importance:

- Familiar with social media
- Firm understanding of keyword optimization
- Detailed-oriented and can work under strict deadlines
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages
- 2+ years experience in professional content writing
- College degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field



Account Manager

The account manager will work with the managing director and internal team to manage multiple client portfolios. The individual must possess stellar interpersonal skills to contribute towards business growth and maintaining long-term client relationships. In additional, the account manager must have a clear understanding of PR and digital strategy..

Some work duties associated:

- Create, design and strategize proposals
- Present PR & digital strategies to clients
- Event planning of projects and managing timelines
- Leverage existing and cultivating new media relationships
- Addressing all client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with digital team on designs and other media
- Analyze on performances before, during, and after campaigns
- Reporting on implementations and campaign metrics
- Communicate to stakeholders on project progress and direction

Demands of other responsibilities may arise naturally in this line of work. The account manager must always be alert and ready to problem solve, and most important, communicate well. Other skillsets that are required:

- Knowledge in SEO/SEM, tools, and strategy
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
- Strong analytics skills
- Continual updates of industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
- 3+ years experience in accounts (agency-side preferred)
- College degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or relevant field



HR Executive - NEW!

The human resource executive will work with the HR director to maintain and enhance the organization as a whole. Individuals applying for this position should be creative and have a passion towards human development.

Some responsibilities in this position:

- Assist director with daily HR operations
- Communicate to new talent and provide insight on profession
- Schedule and conduct on interviews, evaluation and other meetings
- Provide staff orientation and training when necessary
- Maintain programs and ensures on staff benefits
- Coordinate on team activities, events and professional workshops
- Manage department documents, information and legal records
- Research and recommend on new company policies and procedures
- Collect and monitor work performances of the team
- Manage department budgets and payroll

Other requirements include:

- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
